Overtime, constantly squeezing down on the grip of your racquet combined with the impact of the ball and wrist extension, this causes your extensor muscles and tendons to fatigue and start to inflame.
When they’ve had enough, small tears develop and this is when you start to notice pain and discomfort on the outer part of your dominant elbow.

Just like the racquet sport players, they too hold objects in their hands to perform a specific set of actions and movements.
Day in and day out, using hammers, power tools, screwdrivers, saws, etc.
Tennis elbow is quite common among manual labourers and construction workers because of the daily strain that is put on the extensor muscles and tendons.
