The year 2020 will go down in history for all the wrong reasons.
The entire world has been brought to it`s knees with the COVID 19 pandemic. It is more commonly referred to as the coronavirus.
Just about everyone worldwide has been in some form of lockdown.
And for most people, we are forced to work from home.
For the latest, up to date information about COVID 19 and the coronavirus, please check out Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website.
But what does this mean for individuals who are suffering from tennis elbow during this coronavirus pandemic?
There has never been a better opportunity than right now, to finally put an end to your tennis elbow once and for all.
For the simple reason that being stuck at home and in some form of quarantine, presents the perfect opportunity for you to stop your elbow pain and discomfort for good.
Before I reveal to you…
A simple, 5 step home treatment formula for tennis elbow that you can do during this quarantine period from coronavirus…
Let`s talk about some of the tennis elbow triggers such as repetitive actions that are probably making your elbow injury worse:
Movements such as:
- construction work
- working at a computer
- restaurant workers
- manual labor jobs
- truck driving
This is obviously not a complete list.
Think about any sort of movement or activity where you are holding or gripping down tightly on an object for extended periods of time during your day.
Even Dentists or Hygienists who hold small instruments in their hands all day long are considered high risk of developing tennis elbow.
If you are in a high risk job for tennis elbow then it is even more important that you protect yourself and get started with a home tennis elbow treatment program before your injury gets even worse.
With that being said…
Let`s briefly discuss some of the symptoms of tennis elbow…
So that there is no doubt in your mind and you are absolutely positive that it is tennis elbow you have and not some other condition.
Common Tennis Elbow Symptoms:
- Tenderness and/or burning sensation on the outer part of your elbow/upper forearm
- pain in your affected elbow that increases when you extend your wrist upwards
- constantly dropping items to the floor due to decrease in grip strength
- affected arm is hard to fully extend and straighten, especially in the morning
- pain in your elbow when carrying groceries to your car, holding your briefcase or even perhaps gripping your cup of coffee in the morning
The above are the most commonly spoken symptoms of tennis elbow.
Do any of these sound familiar to you?
If so, then there is no doubt that you have tennis elbow.

So you are now probably wondering…
Where do I go from here?
Am I right?
Well you can hop on the hamster wheel like so many other tennis elbow sufferers and dump endless amounts of money on band-aid solutions that simply will not work and…
Only take away your money and not your pain!
Avoid all of these so called “treatments” for tennis elbow unless you want to stay on the hamster wheel for life!
Cortisone Steroid Injections
While these injections do provide pain relief in the short term, they are definitely not a permanent solution for your elbow injury.
You can expect to have 2 – 6 weeks of elbow pain relief but…
Here`s the thing…
Your pain will come back AND…
For the majority of individuals, it will be way worse than before!
Because you are tricked into believing that you are fully cured so you resume the movements, activities or hobbies that caused your injury in the first place.
And you will probably push it even harder than before because you are trying to overcompensate for “lost time” or time away.
Another risk of opting for cortisone steroid injections is that the 2 bones that connect to for your elbow can become weaker as a result. Studies hace shown that you are at a higher risk of developing osteoporosis when you take cortisone steroid injections.
Studies also have shown with each cortisone injection, you are actually weakening your immune system.
And you don`t want that!
Am I right?

NSAID`S and Anti-Inflammatory Pills
It is only natural for you wanting to stop your pain as quickly as possible.
I know exactly where you are coming from because I too was on the tennis elbow hamster wheel and popping pain medication every 3-4 hours for pain relief.
But here`s the thing you need to understand.
When to comes to popping NSAID`S or more commonly referred to as anti-inflammatory pills, long term use can cause some irreversible damage.
I am talking about damage to your liver and the development of stomach ulcers.
And to make matters worse…
Masking the pain with pain medication can make your injury worse as you continue doing the activities and movements that caused your condition in the first place.
Platelet Rich Plasma Injections(PRP)
While these injections have less side effects and less risky than cortisone injections, they only have a 50% success rate.
The cost can be huge.
Especially if your health insurance does not cover you.
Many health insurers still categorize PRP as not approved and consider it high risk with less reward.
Costs can run anywhere from $750 – $1500.
You may need more than one treatment!
Hope you have a big bank account.
